FLORION DMC is looking for a Senior Operations Executive — Da Nang to manage the day-to-day operational delivery of confirmed bookings across Da Nang and Central Vietnam.
This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional with strong local knowledge, supplier relationships, and hands-on experience supporting group travel and MICE programs.
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and delivering confirmed programs from preparation through on-ground execution.
You will work closely with hotels, venues, transport providers, guides, and internal teams to ensure every service is delivered smoothly and according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage confirmed bookings in Da Nang and Central Vietnam
- Coordinate with hotels, venues, transport suppliers, and local partners
- Support the execution of MICE groups and corporate events
- Prepare and check vouchers, rooming lists, itineraries, and operational documents
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and on-ground coordination
- Handle operational issues quickly and effectively
- Monitor supplier performance, service delivery, and client feedback
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and operations teams
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with experience in DMC operations, hotel operations, or a related travel services role, ideally within Central Vietnam.
Experience with MICE groups, large group movements, and event logistics will be a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good supplier knowledge in Da Nang and surrounding areas
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- The ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
Salary
Indicative Salary:
VND 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 per month
Equivalent to approximately US$700 – US$1,000 per month.
The final package will depend on the candidate’s experience, operational capability, and overall fit for the role.
