FLORION DMC is looking for a Sales Manager — India, Wedding to grow our destination wedding business in the Indian market.
This role is focused on building strong relationships with leading wedding planners, caterers, and key industry partners, while generating new business opportunities for destination weddings in Vietnam.
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding FLORION DMC’s destination wedding business in India by developing direct relationships with wedding planners, wedding caterers, and other strategic partners.
The role combines business development, relationship management, and market representation, making it ideal for someone with strong industry connections and a passion for destination weddings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach leading wedding planners and wedding caterers across India
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key wedding industry contacts
- Generate and follow up on wedding enquiries
- Work closely with the FLORION operations team to prepare suitable proposals
- Represent FLORION DMC at wedding events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue for the wedding segment
- Support strategic partnerships with bridal, couture, and wedding-related brands
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with experience in wedding planning, hospitality sales, luxury travel sales, or a related field in India.
An existing network of wedding planners, caterers, or wedding industry contacts will be a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, good English communication, and the willingness to travel regularly within India for client meetings and business development activities.
Salary & Benefits
Indicative Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Approx. ₹6 – 11 lakh per year
Equivalent to approximately US$520 – US$935 per month
Additional benefits include:
- Travel / conveyance allowance for client visits
- Performance incentives linked to confirmed wedding bookings or revenue
The final package will be based on the candidate’s experience, network, and overall fit for the role.
