FLORION DMC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager — Da Nang to lead the end-to-end operational delivery of confirmed bookings across Da Nang and Central Vietnam.
This role is ideal for someone with strong destination knowledge, supplier relationships, and hands-on experience managing group travel and MICE operations.
Purpose of the Role
The Operations Manager will take ownership of confirmed bookings from preparation through on-ground execution, ensuring that every program is delivered smoothly, accurately, and to a consistent service standard.
The role covers leisure groups, corporate travel, and large-scale MICE programs across Da Nang and Central Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of confirmed bookings in Da Nang and Central Vietnam
- Coordinate closely with hotels, venues, transportation providers, and local suppliers
- Oversee the execution of MICE programs and large-scale corporate events
- Prepare and review operational documents, including vouchers, rooming lists, and itineraries
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and on-ground service delivery
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively during live programs
- Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and client feedback
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth program execution
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in DMC operations, hotel operations, destination management, or a related travel services role, ideally within Central Vietnam.
Experience managing MICE groups, large group movements, and event logistics is highly valued.
The ideal candidate should also have:
- A strong supplier network in Da Nang and surrounding destinations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Strong coordination and supplier management capabilities
- Good English communication skills
Salary
Indicative Salary:
VND 25,000,000 – 30,000,000 per month
Equivalent to approximately US$950 – US$1,140 per month.
The final package will be based on the candidate’s experience, operational expertise, and overall fit for the role.
